It depends on your health.
I've taken them on and off for years (including when I got pregnant w/ my son). Some recent blood tests show I'm at high risk for blood clots so they are not safe for me to take. They are for most people but the best person to ask is your doctor.

What are you asking? Are you asking, "How will birth-control pills affect you after long term use?" Try not smoking and make sure you eat good while on birth-control because not doing this can cause blood clots and mild strokes that many times go unnoticed till later in life. If you're not ready for babies yet, yes keep taking the pill and use a condom. An STD is worse than having a child.

The one thing that the pill may affect is your choice of mate! There is evidence that women on the pill find men who 'smell' more like family (with a similar immune system) more attractive (this is because the pill mimics the body being pregnant and they want to be cosseted by family). When the woman has been off the pill or never taken it they find the aroma of men with immune systems dissimilar to theirs more attractive (thereby increasing the chances of a strong immune system in the off spring). Completely different set of men, so before you plan to start a family maybe you should come off it for a while to let your natural instincts return...

are you asking if its risky to be on birth control for a long period of time?
if so, the answer is no. it is totally safe to take them for a long period of time. if youre worried about having too many hormones in your system, ask your doctor for a low dose birth control. they dont mess with your body as much. of course, the first two weeks on pill suck as your body gets used to it, but dont give up!
do be aware though that once you do decide youd like to have a baby, it will take a few months for your body to get back to normal after you stop taking the pills so you probably wont get pregnant right away but in a few months youll be back to normal and will be good to go

Your doctor or surgery nurse should be able to give you any information you need but, I would say, it is much MORE risky NOT to use pills if you are not ready for a baby.

Its a lot healthier and better then having an unwanted and mistreated baby...
or adopted to a life of foster home abuse.

Condoms may be safer but not so effective as mauch of foreplay can also get people pregnant. ie sperm on fingers and precum etc.

So always good for a backup.

The depro injection of implants are more effective then the pill for the wimple reason you dont have to take them each day on time so no danger of forgettign or taking them late as you slept in

Because of your poor English, I am not sure if I understand your question.

If you are asking if there are risks to taking The Pill for a long period of time, you really need to talk to your doctor. There could be risks depending on your health & lifestyle.

I took it for many years and had no problems.
