OK..I'm looking for ADVANCED advice on burning fat and increasing your metabolism. I've just recovered from a shoulder injury, but previously I've been down to 5% body fat and now I'm in the 20's.

I know about the correct food's and workout plans, now that I can do them much better I would like more interesting, intense workouts that will get me down to at least 12% body fat.

Please don't ramble off books that I've heard a million times or ideas that you and your work buddies talk about at break. If you know someone that's been on the cover of Men's Health or anything like that, please let me know. I've been around EVERYTHING...haven't been on everything, but I have been exposed to everything (almost).

Any web sites or anyone who lives in Ohio who would be affordable to visit for awhile please feel free to get in touch with me as well.

Thank you all!

The best way to dump the fat in a hurry......why not ask something easy like the meaning of life.
The best method I have used , along with many a bodybuilder is the Body Opus approach. RIP Dan Duchaine. This system uses insulin injections to put your body quickly into ketosis, thus utilizing your fat stores faster. With this quasi-legal method the average person can reach ketotsis in hours instead of days. Warning:This is not for the novice, as playing with insulin can cause you to become diabetic or lapse into a coma, or death.
The other approach is using Clenbuterol and T3. Both compounds raise your core temperature to that of a blast furnace. Once again, dehydration, heart papaltations and other tyroid concerns. I know people who have used Clen/T3/ and E while dancing in clubs for hours, and dumping loads of fat at the same time.
I dont condone the use of illegal substances, but you asked for a weight lose plan that was more interesting.

I have been qualified as a trainer and a sports nutritionist for many years but I do not live in your area. However, if you are interested in the science of fat loss, here are some links to a website with some free info.
