I would like to drink a protein drink but I have a sensitivity with soy and dairy is on it's way to making me feel, uh, 'musical'. (sorry) Is there anything else that you can think of that could be an option for me?

You know I have a suggestion but it is inappropriate of me so I shall digress.

Am I suppose not digress then? And hey, my protein shake is guaranteed to be non fattening. That or I'll have a long talk with the Dr who did the snipping.

Mr. Happy, Amen brother, the day I start behaving they will be shoveling dirt in my face.

jennifer,

Oh, my. That would seem to be a problem, wouldn't it?

Fortunately, you can still use the egg protein drinks like Rose Acre Farms Dried Egg Whites, Bioplex Simply Whites, Egg Whites International 100% Pure Liquid Egg Whites, or Universal Egg Pro Ultra, which contain neither dairy nor soy.

And don't forget, protein seems to be more useable when taken with carbs. If you don't want to be limited to drinks, you can always try the good old Peanut Butter and Jam Sandwich. Humble, overlooked, and often underrated, it's an excellent source of protein and carbs.

well, there's a kind of protein shake that i'm pretty sure you'll enjoy, but you have to come up with your own source of protein, LoL!
