The breeder said they can only hold their bladder for 2 hours but she still hasn't went. What do I do & could it maybe be caused by the stress?

Entering a new home is very stressful for an animal...just keep taking her outside and be calm with her...she'll pee eventually...hopefully not in your favorite pair of shoes, but she'll go!

Congratulations on your new "baby"!

Make sure she is getting plenty of water. Like the previous poster said, she might be dripping around the house. Keep your pup close to you in every room so that you can see her habits. If she starts to do this funny stance and maybe leans forward and down, she's prob. dribbling. Get puppy pads and wipe it up first to get her urine smell on it, then of course clean the daylights out of the spot on the floor. She'll continue to go there if she smells it. Vinegar and water neutralizes urine. Then lay the puppy pad somewhere and keep it there. Take her there and say a word you want to use "piddle" or "potty", etc. As long as your pup runs the house unattended she WILL pee in unsuspecting places and you won't discover it a few months. Later down the road you find yellow stains and a bad smell that only your guests will smell. I personally perfer to kennel train which works beautiful. You can look this method up online. :)

It is probably the stress of being in a new environment. I would call a vet and ask the best way to handle the situation. They won't charge you for the call. It is probably a common problem.

Are you absolutely positive she didn't pee anywhere? Yorkie's are very small and as puppies, there puddles can be "coin" size. Just make sure she is getting plenty of water and you should be fine :)
