yes, I think we all have
my advice is don't do it...then you just have a big mess to clean up and most of your stuff is broken.
Take a walk, go beat the crap out of your pillow & and scream as loud as you can into your pillow (it muffles the sound, lol)...get out of the house and go for a drive or walk
when you return you won't feel that way anymore and all of your stuff will be in tact...no mess to clean up.
sorry, no fun to feel like that!

be cool...

Anger is a natural emotion, but I suggest you scream outside where noone can hear you and don't break up your stuff. Try a run! You'll let off steam, and feel immensely better. It does good things for your brain chemistry. I've broken a hairbrush in a makeup mirror over a bad, bad haircut, and it didn't change a thing!! Punch a pillow, Put on some music and break a sweat. Don't sweat the small stuff in life, and don't expend your energy with too much anger.

Oh yeah, I definitely were offended with God. the reason, it ought to take to lengthy, yet to shorten it, over a continual ailment. What does God imagine about it? he's larger than my ailment, and my anger- He took it o.k., and definitely understood my anger, and taught me lots for the period of that aspect in my life. i also will upload what God did with my anger- "used it for His glory"- i be conscious of do not choose someone for putting forward they are mad at God, and also has helped me comprehend that anger doesn't turn God's mercy and charm away, definitely I experienced it even more advantageous, even as i replaced into honest with my emotions,

Oh yeah! I think we've all been there. I feel I'm mature enough not to do it even though I'm steaming inside.
