I was on implanon a few years ago and i was bleeding for weeks then it stopped altogether and i didnt have a period for a year. I had it taken out when i was trying for my son and he was conceived after 7 months of trying. Having no periods doent mean you are infertile as ive now been in the deprovera injections for a year and a half with no bleeding whatsoever. The weight gain and spots is to do with your changing hormones but should settle down within a few months.
