well its quite auckward for me to ask this but! well i met a guy on net i would not like to tell his name and we chatted for some time he said me about his ex and also about his family and one day he proposed me and i refused him and know i always think about him.. why? why? why?

It sounds as if you really don't know him enough to say yes. My suggestion is that if he truly loves you he will wait for when you are ready. In the meantime to to really get to know one another. Perhaps the more you learn the more comfortable you will feel. Good Luck!
