Yes, who ever gives them a lesser punishment than ordinary people are even more guilty than they are.

Personally I feel that Pastors like Jimmy Swagert should go to jail. Ultimately he defrauded his congregation and told lies about himself. he was not an upstanding Christian at all.

He is just as bad as Satan is by deceiving his church, I mean come on he was addicted to porn and slept with a prostitute if not more.

I believe that some should. Especially those who profess to offer healing and financial miracles in return for offerings.

The vast majority of Pastors. Priests and Ministers are well meaning though. They truly believe in what they are selling and are mislead just like the rest of them.

Yes. The Bible even teaches Christians to respect and uphold the laws of the land if they do not go against God's law. The Bible also teaches that preachers, as well as any christian should not take advantage of anyone.
