sure it is, u talk to other strangers in places why cant u talk to them on the street. plus how else would u meet new ppl? online??

Well, having strangers approach may cause her to be alarmed, but if you're friendly she may talk with you. However, don't expect much from it, as people walking on the street are typically GOING somewhere. As such, you may not get much of an opportunity to say anything but "I like your hair" or "Nice shoes".

Why wouldn't it be guys come up to me all the time on the street in stores at the gas station in food places....That's how you meet people it's perfectly normal trust me you'll be okay....

Nothing wrong with that, just go up and politely approach her, introduce yourself and start a conversation. You'll be able to tell immediately if she is receptive to you and if not you haven't lost anything. Good luck!

well lol... my boyfriend saw me sitting on a bench and got out of the car to talk to me... hes been my boyfriend for 6 months now... so i think its fine... ♥Madison♥
