My son jumps in on this own even if he fully dresssed but just dont want him to be running around the house by himself.

One thing that would worry me is that he would burn himself. Another thing is that he would drown somehow. I would probably put a lock on the bathroom door so he couldn't get in there without me knowing.
If he's jumping in with you, I see no problem with it, just get him undressed before you get in, so you don't have to deal with wet clothes. My kids showered with me sometimes too (daughter and son) until they were around 2.

There is nothing wrong. They boy likes his shower. Most kids love to play in the water, it is fun for them.
