I started WW last year and lost 60 lbs. It is a great way to lose weight but remember that healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs per week. I eat SmartOnes every now and then because weight loss is great but you don't want to increase your sodium intake at the same time. I lot of frozen dinners have anywhere from 600 - 1500 mg of sodium. The daily recommended maximum is 2300 mg. So watch the sodium and incorporate fruit and vegetables with them as well. Most of them don't include any.

I wouldn't eat smart ones for all meals. Too much sodium. How about a bowl of cereal for breakfast instead? And maybe a banana?

Also, grapefruit is good but if you overload on it, you'll get sick of it and crash. You should alternate your snacks with other things such as low-fat popcorn, Kashi cereal, oranges, apples, cut up cucumbers, etc.

Good luck! Remember to drink lots of water! I did WW and loved it! Always had a problem with the last 10 pounds though. This is NOT good advice, but I did start smoking about 3 years ago and the 10 pounds came right off!!! It was a very stressful time though, so maybe I just wasn't eating enough either.

It def. is! I am on it, and I have lost so much weight on it. It really does work. I try to aim for around 15-20 even though I am in the 24 point range. But keep doing a good job, and it really pays off!
