Heres a lunch time question for you lot!

Basically, if you eat things with mustard in every day, i.e. ham and mustard sandwich, then can it make your teeth go yellow?

Any food or drink, such as coffee, tea, soda and dark wines can stain the teeth over time and if not removed with in a reasonable amount of time with brushing and flossing. So I would throw mustard into that category too. It's basically anything with color that is "staining." Something else to worry about, right? I wouldn't worry about it if you brush, floss and see your dentist for check ups. Hope I've been of some help and good luck.

I doubt it. Unless you like to smear the mustard all over your teeth and let it sit there.

It's more likely that the coffee/tea/soda that you drink during the day will stain your teeth.
