EDIT
YES, I misunderstood your question but I will leave my whole answer, YES he is the creator and he has allowed man to fail.
Guilty as charged
God Yahweh or Jesus which are one in the same with two different sets of followers and rules. But since I am a gentile I would love to stand trial for dereliction of duty, for I am a creation of the Lord therefore I am held harmless to all sins because it was the creator responsibility to furnish all the tools necessary to everyone level of understanding. Therefore I would have to do as Jesus did speak my peace and say no more, let them crucify me as they did Jesus. We are here because our parents had sex and the lord allowed this practice. He knows who is going to the kingdom since he is ever knowing, so the point of choosing is irrelevant, so what is the true reason we are here, the lord said not to let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so the lord is also doing this. The lord would not tell us what is going to happen because he would be contradicting his on saying, so telling us if we do certain things we have a chance at heaven does not mean you are going to heaven, so all this nonsense of religion and Revelation is contradicting to the lords teaching

Dear Moonlit,
Would you want the gift of free will to be taken away from you Moonlit? If you would not want the gift of free will to be taken away from you then what right have you to put God to trial? The fact you are considering putting God on trial suggests that you are enacting that gift of free will. If you had no free - will then you would not have the capacity to think of putting God on trial. The fact we have free will and the ability to reason points to the fact that we were created by a living God. If you had no free will would you be real Moonlit?

God is looking forward to when the court should be seated, and the books opened. Men are not putting God on trial. Men are being given a trial run at ruling the earth, better than God could. So far they are doing a rotten job of it. There is no hope in man.

No, he should be studied and confirmed by science. Like anything else that people claim is real.
Why should a god conform to our ideals about a personal guy who hides in the clouds and keeps tabs on our bedroom encounters?

It was already proven in the bible that God exist and God is true. If I am only near your place and I know where you are, I should have put you on trial for deceiving God of your thoughts.

No. He is real. He has done His duty, the choices are up to us. He created us and provided a way to spend eternity with Him, we have to choose who we will serve.

I don't think so. We make the choices, not him. I would have to talk to him about the innocent victims and bystanders though

No, but when you meet Him, you will be on trial for the exact same thing. How will you fare?
