Win XP (skin ) Look like 98?

Is there a way to make Win XP look and feel Like Win 98 ,you know folders and functionality , I like the security of XP but not the look or feel of it.

Right click on the desktop, go to properties and coose Windows Classic at the theme selection.

Right click on the desktop and set the Theme to "Windows Classic".

Right-click on the Taskbar and go to Properties and go to Start menu and set that to Classic Start menu.
