I weight between 135 and 140 depending on how much water I have chugged that day, and I am 5'5. I am in pretty good shape but want to get more toned. This is my routine, tell me if it shounds good.

I do an 45-60 mins of solid cardio six days a week. I lift weights 3 days a week not doing more than one muscle group more than once a week. I am active at work and walk when I can.

My diet consist of typically 250-400 calories at breakfast, 100-250 calorie snack at 10:30ish, 250-350 calorie lunch, 100-250 calorie snack around 3:30ish, 250-500 cal dinner, 200 calorie protein shake after my cardio, and a 200-300 calorie snack around 8:30ish. Most of the foods I eat are recommended by the abs diet which states protein and fiber as the top dogs.

Does this sound like a way to acheive my goals?
Thank you for your input.

Your aerobic routine looks good. For more tone step up your weight lifting to 4 days a week/split routine. Hitting each body part 2 times a week instead of 1 time a week. For instance Do all your pushing exercises on Monday and Wednesday. Then do all your pulling exercises on Tuesday and Thursday. So pushing would be chest , shoulders, triceps. and pulling would be lats,( major muscle in your back),and biceps. Then you could do leg presses and squats and leg extensions and leg curls and calf raises on your pulling day to even out your workouts time wise. Also hit each bodypart with at least 5 sets of reps. to begin with and see what happens. In a few short weeks you should see a measureable difference. make sure you rest from the weights on Friday and then resume your 4 days on Saturday. So your lift days and rest days will change every week and your exercise days will all be different. And you will be doing cardio and weights sometimes together and some days will fall on rest together. And so on. Your routine should be in constant change for a state of Muscle Hypertrophy.Pay close attention to your diet too. Do snacks in moderation and consume all the food groups in moderation. If you are bulking up eat more. If you are cutting up eat less. And Drink a lot of milk and eat eggs and tuna fish for protein and potatoes for complex carbs.Good luck

You only need to rest each muscle group 48 hours, so feel free to exercise that muscle group twice a week. I would do cardio, say, M-W-F and weights T-Th-S and rest Sunday. Read the book Body for Life and get some creatine and some Nitric Oxide supplements.
