There isn't such a thing as a victimless crime, because if there wasn't a victim then it wouldn't be a crime in the first place. However, the victim is actually the morality in society, but do not affect somone directly by physical harm, loss of property/monies, etc. Examples of those would be:
Drug addiction- other people are affected, but not directly.
Gambling- in some states is illegal
Prostitution
J-walking & other misc traffic crimes not moving violations
Suicide- There is no victim, because they are deceased

Victimless crimes by definition are ones in which the illegal act does not infringe upon the rights of another person. (Burglary, murder, car theft - all have victims)
Prostitution and illicit drug crimes are the two most debated victimless crimes because the current law policy is based on morals and not reports of victims. Whether or not they are actually victimless though is a matter of debate.

A victimless crime is where something is considered against the law but does not harm anyone involved.
The only crime that comes to my mind right now is prostitution. Selling sex is illegal just about everywhere in the US but if you stop and think, the participants are not harmed at all. The prostitute is making money and the guy or girl that is paying the prostitute is getting a good time.

victimless crimes are generally crimes against "society". These include prostitution, criminal possession of weapons, criminal possession of drugs, sale of drugs, etc...
The distinguishing factor is there isn't a victim per se.

I would have to say that there are no victimless crimes. There is always someone that is affected by a crime.

A crime that is illegal due to circumstance, as opposed to the usual disruption of somebody's life. The main crime I can think of that fits in with this description is child pornography, discounting those who make it. Aside from the perverted nature, there's nobody being directly harmed.
