...when people hate on Jesus, Muhammad, etc...?
Aren't they really hating the persona
of Christianity, Islam, etc..., that has been
created by self-righteous people who "claim" to
be Christian, Muslim, etc ...?

True, but many can't tell the difference.

Probably. Religious fundamentalists do way more to hurt religion than any atheist ever even imagined doing. On the other hand aren't these ways of expressing this frustration equally bad? If it is only the racist whites that are bad, why say "the white man"? Isn't that in itself also a racist comment? If people are tired of the bad things done by fanatics but are aware that there are also man more people of the same religions that are very good, why bash the whole religion? Is this also a form of intolerance? Too many people of all races and beliefs seem to become exactly what they say they do not like.

Every religious denomination is founded on righteous principles. But, as an institution, when it develops, it gathers dirt and filth, on its course. It is the men, who follow the filth and dirt of the religion, as popularly followed, in a time, far away from the time of its founder, who err in the name of the said religion. Islam of to-day and that of Christianity are not the Islam and Christianity of Prophet Mohammed and Jesus respectively.

What exactly is your question? Anyway, Jesus was black and so was the person who started the Islam religion, actually the man who started Islam is in the Christian bible.

Any religious will have black or white or red or yellow skin believer. The hate is belonging to human not religious. The sin is beginning from different idea and holding his/her right to argue and fight and kill. We are weakening the trueth and gathering the part to support our wrong such as we are white, we are from somewhere, we are regional, we are poud of named etc, etc and discriminated other behaviour and useing our interpretation as they are black, they are name so and so, they are aboriginal etc.

that's an interesting approach... but I think it's a different situation...

when you "hate on" Jesus or Muhammad, you're not "hating on" the worst aspects of the group, but the people the group was based on... and that means "hate on" the entire group... good or bad..

nice approach, but I have to disagree...

I've had too many "open minded" liberals tell me how wrong I am without ever listening to my opinions...

(oooh.... did I just "hate on" actual open minded liberals, or just the ones that claim to be open minded but won't listen to anyone else???)
