I read a answer the other day saying men tend to be alot shyer than women think, so I was wondering if this is true of most of you? For instance, do you find it easier to chat to a female if you don't find her attractive but if you do find her attractive, is it harder to make conversation,etc?

My Dad always told me that real men, grown men are not like you describe...and will pursue the woman with fervor. Shy men exist but are not the norm. In fact, I find men to be very aggressive and flirtatious?
How old are the guys you are talking about, 'cause young guys are shy, because they are more immature.

It is not exactly like that to me. I can talk to anyone. But I hate it when I talk to some girls who may be so sensitive that they got the wrong idea. I also hate ladies who remain sensitive when we are working. I mean, if we need to work, how can they be so reluctant to work because they are are afraid to work with me? I hate to be accused of or associated with these things when I never had any intention. No, I do not feel shy when I speak to a girl that I like.

Many men including me are a bit shy. Any way that problem wont arise if girls are taking their on steps along with men for a mutual relation! Your doubt is correct dont know why.

Yes i don't know what happens to some of us it's like we really like a girl and then all of a sudden we get shy or we can't talk to them and that just made it harder to ask her out

Well, some men may find this to be true. But typically those who are secure in themselves can talk with anyone about anything. I would suppose the same thing holds true for women.

Yes, I am very shy when it comes to letting a woman know I like her. Mostly my hook ups have been on the woman's initiative. I have been very happy when she goes for it.

To be honest, i dont think men are shy...i think they're just a little scared she might turn him down or soemthing? ok ok i know this wasnt meant for girls but couldnt help yeah....gives me 2 points (but that was my honest opinion....)

I use to be shy along time ago, it was just before I lost my virginity 40yrs. ago!
