Definatley give her some flowers
Take her to nice quiet restaurant.
Not a busy restaurant - you wont be able to hear each other.
Restaurant a good place to get to know each other, and people wont disturb you except waiter of course.
Make her laugh. be good listener etc. Dont talk abour your ex or anything. Big no no.
After a meal, go for a walk. Put your arm around her if she is feeling cold.
Walk her home, or drive. Dont drive fast-thats not way to impress a girl.
Dont force into anything ie S e x
Give peck on cheeks, not lips-unless she wants to.
or even ask her " can i kiss you" Its not embarssing! honestly.
you might be surprised-she may say yes.
Then when your home, send text saying you had a nice night, and should meet up again

Go somewhere public so it doesn't seem like you are creepy. Make sure the date is timed, so it doesn't seem like you have to linger around if the date isn't going so well. Be yourself, talk to her a lot, try to make her laugh - but not in a dumb way, just be funny in general.
Make it simple, just goto a cafe and have a small simple meal with drinks. Nothing too expensive or fancy, don't bring any gifts or flowers.
Be honest and straight forward, let her get to know what sort of person you are. Be confident, don't make her feel that you are nervous. Watch her body language to tell if she is enjoying herself.
And lastly, a date is suppose to be a good time, so let her know that you are having fun just being with her. Smile a lot.

Find a St paddy's day parade and go celebrate. Then go to a nice dinner and find out what she wants to do after that....
don't forget to 'flog the dolphin' before the date.....
