Whats the difference between using milk and water? Which tastes better? Which is healthier? Thanks guys!

with water is the Scottish methos and tastes awful in my mind, with milk and sugar or golden syrup is delicious - it tastes really creamy and filling

It all depends on what your trying to do. If your cutting calories then use water. If you want better taste, use milk. For the best of both worlds, use skim milk.

Milk tastes better (in my humble opinion) and if you use skim milk, it will add protein to make it a balanced meal. Also, here is a link with some meal plan ideas.

P.S. You can add raisins to improve the taste and the fiber content.

Using skim milk will bump up the nutrition factor.

They are both healthy. Milk will add calories as well as nutrients. Water will not add any nutritional value, calorie wise.
