The wrong stuff for you. What is feeling worse. If you are too competitive you might be over doing it a bit and so you can cut back a bit. If you are not enjoying it you need to look for something you enjoy...maybe a sport.

ur not doing anything wrong. It is normal to have a soar body and hurting muscles when u start working out after a long time of not being active. It will take time then if u keep working out u will not feel anymore pain. However, if u stop the workout for a long time then go back n do it again, u will experience the same pain.

It's probably all the toxins working their way out of your body. If it doesn't improve after another week, talk to your doctor. You usually go through a rough patch if it has been a while but soon you should feel like you're walking on air.

Pushing yourself too hard.
Your muscles are aching as they are not used to the duress you are putting on them. This may be a temporary thing but if you push yourself too hard you may tear a muscle get ligament damage etc.
Take it easy and improve in small steps.
