Sure it can! It can change you into a person who follows Feng Shui. Does it make your life any better or worse? Probably has no effect aside from the above. I guess it might make your life more complicated since you have one more thing to worry about(or less complicated depending on your perspective, since it may help you make a decision if you're indecisive).
