When you are under a lot of stress, it can cause you to break out a lot more. Also, exercising can be a part of it if you do not wash your face after working out. You can get a clogged pore, and then can break out. Sometimes pimples form underneath your skin two to three weeks before they actually appear on your face. People say that diet has to do with breakouts, but they haven't found an actual connection between the two things.

Pimples are caused by certain hormones released in your body. this is why many teenagers have numerous amounts of pimples. Usually, pimples also form when your touch your face. The oils in your hands seep into your pores and become the start of a pimple. you can avoid getting pimples by avoiding touching your face and practicing daily hygiene habits. Keeping your body in shape helps control hormones, too.

food doesn't cause acne. if the acne is severe it's caused by heredity. However... acne is usually caused by dirt.

Another thing is.. having oily skin and sweat causes pimples.. is a total myth.

stress does not cause acne.. but people pick their acne.. making them the pimples and blemishes last longer...

HORMONES HORMONES AND HORMONES. only in women however. when women have excessive hair and unbalanced periods.. basically this will cause acne.

anything that disturbs the skin.. like certain pressures.. you can be wearing a face mask.. and the pressure will cause acne.. and drugs.. this will also disturb the skin.

Another thing (which is a good thing) is salt. Salt will bring out that nasty "puss" that's inside your skin.. will make the pimples appear.. but this is a good thing.. it helps clean out your skin.

A pimple is mainly the skin's way of telling you that you're under too much stress, you've eaten too many fatty foods, or you're not clean. But either way, no matter what reason it is, it's hard to stop getting pimples. It's really dirt or bacteria that can get themselves inside the pores of the skin. Stress can cause many pimples because when you're stressed, you're pores tend to get bigger. The dirt and bacteria then spread which causes the small bump, and when they irritate the skin inside, that causes the redness. Best way to get rid of it: ProActiv or Cleasrasil. I pop my pimples and it works fine for me, no scars or marks. =]

Clogged pores cause a pimple and poor food choices cause clogged pores.

You have to attack acne where it starts, with your diet. For me, diet was the cause and solution. Topical medications fight the symptoms. Start by eliminating trans fats and eating more fruits and vegetables. Once you start cleaning up the inside of your body, by eating properly, the outside of your body (your skin) will be get cleaned up too. I started a website to document my problem and solution.

You might find it helpful to read my story. Just remember to eat an all natural/organic diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from processed foods. Use mild, all natural cleansers and don't pick at your face. Get lots of sleep and enough water for your body weight. Remember, clean body = clean skin. While you're waiting for your skin to clear, remind yourself that acne is a challenge that you will overcome soon. Once you're rid of it, tell all your friends how you did it. That's what I'm doing. God Bless.

A pimple is an inflammation of the skin, mainly caused by certain foods (such as chocolate, soda, etc.), heredity, or red BUMPS may just be a reaction to a certain thing. But I don't know what you're allergic to, so that's all that I can tell you.
