No truck, it's a towed trailer known as the water buffalo. The only truck for water is a purification truck, but as the water is purified it is stored into blivets.

Most units use a trailer called a "water buffalo" that is pulled behind a "duece and a half" or 5-ton truck. It holds 500 gallons of water, if I remember right.

Normally it's called a water buffalo and it is a trailer not a truck. Though I have seen a few tankards used for water it is off the short fat trailer.
