To God, in prayer.

I owe my greatest thanks to the person who helped me to understand the true meaning of love.

A long time ago I thought that love was something that you reserved for some special set of people that you had judged worthy of it.

After a while I got to thinking about what Jesus had said about turning the other cheek and loving our neighbor I put the two together and realized that he had made no exceptions in these statements. It became obvious to me that he intended that we exclude no one from the love that we are supposed to be giving. I started thinking about my idea of love and suddenly realized that I had not been loving anyone at all. I had simply been judging everyone and every thing.

Judging someone worthy of love is not love, it is only judgment. I actually started to cry when I realized this. I saw just how much of my life I had wasted being judgmental, thinking of myself as a Christian, when I was actually doing just the opposite of what Jesus had asked us to do.

I thought about the verse judge not lest ye be judged, and I understood it for the first time.

I realized that I have a lot of catching up to do. So many opportunities were wasted. I now try to apply the love that I have for the world in a universal way like Jesus asks us to do.

If I start to feel afraid and think that I see someone that I should not love because of something I have thought or heard I try to catch my mistake as soon as possible. I tell myself that I have forgot the truth and have fallen for the same old trick that had cost me so many opportunities to be loving in the past. The horror of this realization is often all that is necessary to bring me back to my senses and make me drop the judgmental nonsense I was thinking.

I still have a lot to learn about love, but with the help of brother Jesus at least I’m making progress.

Love and blessings

I owe my greatest thanks to the Most High God and I try to convey that thanksgiving by not only thanking Him in prayer but by trying to conform my every thought, word and deed to his righteous requirements as found in His word the Bible. It is a difficult thing, though.

Those who oppressed me. I have learned more from adversity than I ever would have from an insipid, insular life. I do not need to thank them, as they do not deserve any. If I really had to thank them I would do it by reflecting them so that they could see what they are. Then they may be able to improve themselves.

To God, who gave me life, and a family that loves me and cares for me :)

To my friends, who always support me no matter what ^_^

To my teachers and my mom, who thought me everything i need to know :)

To that special somebody, who always makes me smile, just by thinking of him. :)

And how do I convey those "thank yous"

To God: By prying and trying to be as good as possible :)
To my family: By honoring them :D and loving them back as much as they love me
To my friends: By being there when they need me, or when they don't.
To my teachers: By thanking them to have put so much effort on teaching me all the things that I know.
To that special somebody: well...that's a secret :P lol!

Right now, to my sweet husband. I will resist giving a smutty answer, ;-), and say I thank him by being considerate, caring for him and trying to make his life as good as he makes mine.

I owe the greatest thanks to God Jehovah, he so loving gave is only begotten son so that we all may have a chance at everlasting life. I show my thanks to him daily by praising his holy name, so that he can make a reply to the one that is taunting him.

Give thanks to the one who created you from nothing,
the one who gave you vision, hearing, sensation & enjoyment & everything.

The one who put everything on this earth for our benefit.

imagine if he created you without the vision, how much you'll suffer,

one of the biggest crimes is to deny the favours of the god that he gave to you,

as how to thank the God, you thank him verbally & by following his orders & keeping away from what he made forbidden.

refer to Quran & Hadith for more details on the best ways to give thanks to God.
