Depend what kind of nauseated are you? If morning sickness then try to keep dry cracker next to bed eat a little before you leave bed, throughout during the day take ginger ale or beer or just ginger light tea. Have small regular meal and keep your self busy.

However, there are certain things that could help reduce morning sickness and soothe nausea. Try eating small meals throughout the day. If possible, keep chewing on something or the other. The meals should be low in fat and high in carbohydrates. Avoid eating foods with offensive odours as it may trigger nausea. You will find that you feel nauseaus after eating certain foods. Once you've figured out what makes you sick, stay away from it.

a SMALL amount of cannabis has anti nausiating properties, try smoking a little bit of bush bud,avoid potent hydro weed.
This is why chemotherapy patients are given medicinal marijuana, to reduce nausea. Dont use if illegal and not for continued use because its bad for your lungs.

Oh my I so sense you. yup, crackers or put a star mint into a glass of water and let it dissolve some.and drink it.crackers always worked best for me tho.

those little lemon ball candies help ,so does if you put lemon in a cup of hot water .

tea lemmon, soda..frequent eye wash.. eat healthy.and do some jogging and exercise..

i know this is going to get some thumbs down..

but smoke some weed..

it usually helps me when i'm feeling sick to my stomach..

that is one of the properties that make it useful for medical reasons..
