My heart aches for you right now. I went through something very similar. I dated a guy for about a year, and he gave me the whole... "I need space... la te da.." Well I was a very persistent girl. I didn't stalk him, but I kept tabs on him. I knew he wasn't looking for another girl, but I did know a few that wanted him. I called him at least once a day, and I would go out and visit his parents. If I ran into him, I ran into him... after about 5 days, I gave him a ultimatum, and now we've been together for about six years. In your case, obviously he is still wondering about you. He called and asked if you've tried getting ahold of him, biggest excuse on his part. Anyway, I hope the best for you, but two years is along time for him to throw it down the drain...

first of all, how old are the both of you? i don't think he will come back. i think he likes the attention. he didn't call you back until after you stopped calling him. take this as a lessoned learned. you will get better at the dating game as time goes along. good luck with the next guy because this one seems to be the type to call you until he can find someone else to be with, and trust me you do not want to be the fall back girl!
