In Romans 1:26-27 How do interpret verse 25 & 26
"Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this cause God gave them up into vile affections: for even their woman did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Now I am not judging anyone. It's not my place to do so. I am asking for your interpretaion only and because many choose to believe that the bible says it's only wrong for men. In verse 26, it clearly mentions women too.

Leviticus 18:22 "Do not practice homosexuality; it is a detestable sin." (NLT - Old Testament)

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 "Don't you know that those who do wrong will have no share in the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, who are idol worshipers, adulterers, male prostitutes, homesexuals, thieves, greedy people, drunkards, abusers, and swindlers--none of these will have a share in the Kingdom of God." (NLT - New Testament)

Romans 1:21-27 "Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn't worship him as God or even give him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. The result was that their minds became dark and confused. Claiming to be wise, they became utter fools instead. And instead of worshiping the glorious, ever-living God, they worshiped idols made to look like mere people, or birds and animals and snakes."

"So God let them go ahead and do whatever shameful things their hearts desired. As a result, they did vile and degrading things with each other's bodies. Instead of believing what they knew was the truth about God, they deliberately chose to believe lies. So they worshiped the things God made but not the creator himself, who is to be praised forever. Amen."

That is why God abondoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. And the men, instead of having normal sexual relations with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other men and, as a result, suffered within themselves the penalty they so richly deserved." (NLT - New Testament)

New American Standard Bible (NASB)

24Therefore (A)God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, so that their bodies would be (B)dishonored among them.

25For they exchanged the truth of God for a (C)lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, (D)who is blessed forever. Amen.

28And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God any longer, (H)God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do those things which are not proper,

In Romans Chap 1, verse 25 means man change the truth about God and made false pretense of God by worshiping images like stone image, wood image, gold image to make it as their God. Men are worshiping those images made or created by them but not worshiping the ;creature of man.

verse 26 - because of this things happening, God did not forbid from from doing lust affections. Women are having love affection to the same kind of women as they are and are having sexual relationship of woman to woman which is not supposed to be the case.

verse 27.- the same is true with men to have abandon their feelings towards women. Instead of the women, the like more to the a man like themselves. (man having sex with a man) and because of these, everybody of them will receive punishment of their error, their own bad doings.

THE BIBLE DOES NOT APPROVE THE HOMOSEXUAL ACTS OF EITHER MEN OR WOMEN. Why would he say OK men you can not be homosexual, but for the woman it is OK, When he did not create men to be with men or women to be with women?

Romans 1:24-27: "God, in keeping with the desires of their hearts, gave them up to uncleanness, that their bodies might dishonored among them...God gave them up to disgraceful sexual appetites, for both their females changed the natural use of themselves into one contrary to nature; and like wise even the males left the natural use of the female and became violently inflamed in their lust toward one another, males with males, working what is obscene and receiving in themselves the full recompense, which was due for their error."

I have quoted 26. and it means exactly what it says there is NO getting around that.

25 is showing that they went against God and worshiped in the way that they wanted to.

Homosexuality isn't an option existence-form proper to God. many times, both gay and liberal preachers twist the scriptures in futile endeavors to make it look that that's. (2 Peter 3:16) thousands of years in the past Jehovah destroyed Sodom because maximum of the lads of that city practiced it. Centuries later the apostle Peter likened adult men who copied those Sodomites to “unreasoning animals born obviously to be stuck and destroyed.” . In unmistakable language, both male homosexuality and lesbianism are condemned by ability of the inspired apostle Paul: “God gave them as a lot as disgraceful sexual appetites, for both their women replaced the organic use of themselves into one opposite to nature; and also even the lads left the organic use of the female and became violently infected of their lust in the route of one yet another, men with men, operating what's obscene and receiving in themselves the finished recompense, which replaced into due for his or her mistakes.” Romans a million:26, 27. Paul specifically reported those who for sure address a passive sexual position and those who assume a more beneficial lively “male” position of their immoral relatives individuals. as a outcome he made it undemanding that God disapproves of all gay acts. Paul is retaining that anybody it truly is "gay, or & adulterers, nor effeminate "having mistaken female features" nor abusers" so he's not basically relating homosexuals yet to all above, those won't be able to be licensed of God or obtain any advantages from the dominion that Jesus said at the same time as he replaced into on earth.

No... "Arsenokoites," the Greek word in 1Corinthians 6:9 is explicitly MALE.

Romans 1:25 They chose a lie instead of God’s truth. They worshiped and served created things. They didn’t worship the Creator. But he must be praised forever. Amen.
26 So God let them go. They were filled with shameful longings. Their women committed sexual acts that were not natural. 27 In the same way, the men turned away from their natural love for women. They burned with sexual longing for each other. Men did shameful things with other men. They suffered in their bodies for all the twisted things they did.
28 They didn’t think it was important to know God. So God let them go. He allowed them to have dirty minds. They did things they shouldn’t do.

Here, he starts with women doing something "un-natural." Then, in explaining further his meaning, he says, "in the same way men..." that men are doing the same way and that they desire other men. The only reasonable interpretation is that "un-natural" in this passage refers to lesbian activity.

I always try to point out something on homosexuality questions which MANY Christians seem to ignore. Paul starts verse 11 with a comment that may surprise them if they pay attention to it:

1Corinthians 6:9 Don’t you know that evil people will not receive God’s kingdom? Don’t be fooled. Those who commit sexual sins will not receive the kingdom. Neither will those who worship statues of gods or commit adultery. Neither will men who are prostitutes or who commit homosexual acts. 10 Neither will thieves or those who always want more and more. Neither will those who are often drunk or tell lies or cheat. People who live like that will not receive God’s kingdom. 11 SOME OF YOU USED TO DO THOSE THINGS. But your sins were washed away. You were made holy. You were made right with God. All of that was done in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

SOME OF YOU USED TO DO THOSE THINGS…

The teaching of scripture is clear. It is not permanent. It does not justify rejecting God. God welcomes penitent sinners into relationship with himself. It is something which can be forgiven.

All other sex carries prohibition and a severe penalty. Fornication, adultery, homosexuality, bestiality -- these carry the death penalty.

Those who upon becoming Christians abandon these condemned activities may be forgiven if they repent and discontinue the practice of such sins.

(NW) 1 Corinthians 6:11, "And yet that is what some of YOU were."

Those who practice these will not see God's Kingdom.

(YLT) Galatians 5:19-21, "And manifest also are the works of the flesh, which are: Adultery, whoredom, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, strifes, emulations, wraths, rivalries, dissensions, sects, 21envyings, murders, drunkennesses, revellings, and such like, of which I tell you before, as I also said before, that those doing such things the reign of God shall not inherit."

Colossians 3:5-6, "Put to death therefore your members which are upon the earth, fornication, uncleanness, vile passions, evil lust, and unbridled desire, which is idolatry. 6 On account of which things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience."

(NW) 1 Corinthians 6:9 "What! Do YOU not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God’s kingdom? Do not be misled. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men kept for unnatural purposes, nor men who lie with men."
(Darby) "Do ye not know that unrighteous persons shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not err: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor those who make women of themselves, nor who abuse themselves with men."

It says that the women changed their natural relationships. It doesn't say what that ment. It could be reffering to homosexuality. To me, homosexuality is wrong because God gave most men and most women differnet strenghts and weaknesses. So yes, homosexuality is wrong.

Hey BabyDoll whatever is written I think it is for us all, the apple just wasn't eaten by Adam, Eve had a bite too. So it goes whatever is good for the Goose, is also good for the Gander. He said, she said, we go this road together, no one is exempt from sin, so whatever is the call it has to be one and the same for all. It is your life, you have a free will to make your choice but do not think you can sit back in your glass house and just watch. Freedom in free will also means freedom to sin or not to sin, now is being a homosexual a sin or an alternative to another sin? A connection to someone of the same sex whether it be male or female doesn't matter as this term applies to both.

No! You pointed the scripture out yourself. God condemns all homosexuality whether committed by males or females.

That having been said. God permits people to do what they want to if they are willing to accept the cost. The final penalty is not hellfire but eternal sleep in death. Thus we're reminded of Paul's words: 1 Corinthians 6:12, "all things are lawful for me; but not all things are advantageous."

Romans 1:26-32, Because of this God gave them up to shameful passions, for even their females changed the natural use into what is against nature. 27And likewise also the males, having left the natural use of the female, burned in their lust toward each other, males with males producing shamelessness, and receiving in themselves the recompense of their deviancy that was fitting. 28And just as they did not approve having God in knowledge, God gave them over to an unfit mind, to do things that are not fit; 29having been filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, greed, evil; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, malignity; 30being gossips, slanderous, God-hating, aggressors, arrogant boasters, contrivers of evil things, disobedient to parents; 31without understanding, untrustworthy, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful. 32Who, knowing the righteousness of God, that those who commit such things are worthy of death.

No, it doesn't apply to men only. That's the same scripture I was going to answer this question with, until I saw the point you were making.

Please note though: Homosexuals are NOT condemned. Neither are liars, thieves, adulterers, or anyone else. UNLESS they continue to commit these sins, against their better judgement and without asking for forgiveness.
We are all born with sin. It's what we do with it that matters.
