The Amtrak Cardinal Route would take you through Cincinatti and right into Chicago. I am not sure if there are others, you don't say what your departure city is.

Where in Ohio??? Amtrak does have service from Cincinnati to Chicago Cardinal route and also from Cleveland Lakeshore Limited route. Check www.amtrak.com Another good option might be to use Coach USA's megabus system as they provide a lot of good low cost bus service between several cities in Ohio and downtown Chicago.go to www.megabus.com
