dear friend
it is really an interesting question. no perfect theory has been said about normal people dreams.several scientists are trying to explain about dreams. Blind people have all other senses very efficient. our brain is very complex organ which is site of memory, thinking, imagination etc. it will go on analysing the messages it gets. in the same way each and every sense like touch, smell, taste, learned etc will be going on analysing in their brain
durin this anlysing they will get some pictures in their mind which is completely filled with imagination

If the people were born blind, they have no visual imagery; the dreams consist of impressions from the other senses -- touch, hearing, smell, and taste. If the people were sighted and then became blind, their dreams contain visual imagery -- but these visual dreams might cease to occur eventually

Yes they do, in fact, they dream in colour. Well, they manage to put together some form of pictures from what they touch and feel. Some blind people are even known to draw things made known to them purely by touch.

Of course they do. They're blind, they don't lack imagination.
Dreaming is all about your sunconscience, your imagination. If anything, blind people have better imagination than sighted people, as they have to use their other senses, and therefore have heightened senses and better imagination. If you practised by blindfolding yourself, you'd notice your senses improved after a week, because you're not just relying on your eyes to do all the work

Ah very good question cause if they've been blind since birth they don't know what anything looks like. I know dreams are subconsious thoughts but if you've been blind since birth you don't know what things look like do you?

I'm sure they do, but maybe it would be a non-traditional composition of shapes and colours and sound.
I don't think lack of vision would prevent you from dreaming.
