next week we're fine. (we talk, smile) at work

Couple of days later i call her again, she doesn’t ans.
she calls back after few hours. (i was going to bed, but wasn't sleeping.)

she says. "someone called me?" i said, “NO” but after a sec. i said “Yes, I did, I was just kidding.”(GOT me thinking she didn't save my number) so we talk for 2,3min then she says, sorry to bother you, I’ll let you go back to bed.

Next day at work, she try to avoid eye contect, didn’t talk. She try to ignore me. (that's so unlike her with me)

Go ahead and ask her out; you'll know, by her response, whether or not she's interested. "Nothing ventured, nothing gained"!

Hey, man, stop acting all indecisive, analyzing what was said to who, when. It's a turn off, to men, and women, when a man acts like that.

Either ask her out or not. Don't ask us, be a man and decide.

A man is confident, independent, and aloof. Nobody knows how he feels, until he drags the kill home.

Don't mess with 2.5 million years of evolution.

But before you ask her out, you work with her, so that's already a bad plan, because if it goes bad, it can get really bad. Mark my words. You will likely regret dating anyone you work with.

Remember, you read it here first.

Good luck.

Sounds like you may have botched the deal a little.
I'd back off and move on, if she still seems interested then maybe ask her out again.

She is NOT sure of you. Give her time to get to know you better at the work place. Be kind and caring toward her whenever you meet. Just don't be pushy.

Things will work out.

ppl like that who change their emotions, can leave u heartbroken and out-of-wack. maybe she isn't right for you, cause she seems to be off-on. i'm sure you could land another girl, cause i know these kind of girls, they like drama. ( drama's not good!!) yeah ask her out, and if she sometimes avoids eye contact and doesn't talk, that means she's a drama queen.
DO NOT TEXT HER.
girls love it the most if it's 1) straight to them or 2) phone call, not text!

Maybe you should stop being what you are trying to get, a pussy. Ask her ,it is very important that you ask her and may I stress that you ask her. Do it to her face like a man, not like the modern day bitchboy.

ask her out, all she can do is say no and laugh in your face. That happens to me so often that I've become immune to rejection.
