I've purchased an oroton handbag from myers just 6days ago. i've changed my mind and want to refund and get my money back... i don't want to exchange it. what should i say to the counter people. i've still got the receipt and the original barcode tag on the bag

You don't have to make anything up or mess the bag up in any way. It was 6 days ago, you have a receipt, and the tags are still intact. Perfect scenerio for return. Just take all of that to the customer service desk and say that you would like to return it. They will usually ask you if anything is wrong with it, which you say no. If they ask anything else, you just tell them that you decided otherwise, or that you bought it as a gift and the person told you they received one, or that your bf bought you a bag that you like more. Really, with the scenerio you are talking about, I doubt you will be asked.

get an "unpicker" from a sewing shop and screw up the sewing on one of the spots... making your stuff fall outta the bottom.... take it back and look really p**sed off and tell them they caused damage to your mobile phone and various other crap....... not to mention the embarrassment you got when it tore open at the restaraunt :) that should just about score u some cash back :P...

say it was a duplicate b-day gift and you have no need for another one.keep in mind, now days they preferr to give store credit only so be prepared for that answer!good luck

just tell them you decided you couldnt afford it
