Sounds like they just got a little shy or sumthing. maybe they are both in love with eachother, but unsure about the other's feelings. you've just got to bond a little more, face-to-face. take them to a good place to get to know eachother as well as shared in common interests.

What the hell? First off you cant look into eachothers eyes if you never met! Secondly you dont know if you "love" someone until you met so I'll assume you know this idiot from the internet. What you know of this person is only what they tell you they could tell you the sun rises and sets on their barebottom you'd believe it until you meet the person and find out that the reason it rises and sets on their butt is cuz their butt is so damn big...get it? got it? good

It is almost impossible to know a person well enough to be in love prior to meeting them. You can having a great deal of feelings for them. You can be in lust for them, but in love is next to impossible!! Take your time and get to know the person. If it is right, time will tell you.
