Stop snacking?? help!!?

i have lost alot of weight but nowadays i cant stop myself from snacking! And I am adding all the weight back! I eat ALOT - until im bloated , but i still cant stop eating!! HELP! *cries* I always eat non stop during the night! can anyone help me?

the question is to stop snacking even when i feel so full! is there any way to make yourself hate food or don't feel like snacking?..

plus - drinking Lots of water and eating fruits instead doesnt work! I can eat up to 4 or 5 apples and than snack on snacks!

If it's not there, then you can't have it. So get rid of all the unhealthy junk in your pantry, don't keep junk food in your bedside drawer, and instead replace all of them with healthier options. Go with fruits, for it can satisfy your sugar cravings (strawberries do it for me). There are many more alternatives you can search for.

Well stop snacking on junk food and try to start snacking on healthy food like apples. An Apple a day keeps the bad guys away, or is the bus driver. Celery, carrots, bananas, and all the fruit can help. Drink SunnyDeight too. Try to avoid eating the junk food. You can do it!

well,. i think that the reason that you can't stop snacking is that you're bored. you're probably an emotional eater. i suggest that the next time you feel like snacking. get out of the house. do something fun like hangin with your friends or going to the mall. if this doesn't work, instead of snacking on fatty foods like chips or cookies, snack on delicious fruits like peaches or melons.

drink a lot of water in between ur meals or snacking soo that u'll feel bloated or, u can go camping on a forest, anywhere away from ur kitchen or a store where u can buy snacks.

hey there... been there ...and well iv started munching too ... but its cos in our minds we think that ... ok we have lost few kilos ... we can give ourselves a treat ..but i realize thats wrong

sweetheart only you can help yourself ... substitute the junk with water .. imagine what a knock-out youl look once the sexy dresses start fitting yu ... thats what i think!!!
