Which cops are DD Dumb ? The Volunteer (dress up like a cop ,but without a gun) cops that responded to shots fired call,knowing they had NO WEAPONS to defend themselves.Both were shot dead !
Or the morons that handcuffed a 7 year old kid for sitting on a non-functioning mini-bike.These numb nutts just gave the parents of the 7 year old a nice pay day ,I am sure some ACLU attorney will file suit against the PO-PO.

Responding to a shots fired call without protection or anyway to diffuse the situation. God bless the poor families of these unfortunate officers.
Dressing up as a cop is illegal if you are not a full fledged officer.
