1. In the control panel, select 'System'. Note that you may need to open 'Performance and Maintenance' first if you are using Windows XP.
2. Under the 'Hardware' tab click on 'Device Manager' and the Device Manager window will pop out.
3. Look for the category which has the hardware that should has its driver removed. Expand the category and click on the hardware.
4. Click on the 'Uninstall' button which is on the toolbar. Click 'OK' to remove its driver.

Which Operating System are you using ?

Linux : then You have a tool called harddrake i think ...follow on that thread on the Linux Sites whichever flavour you are using.

For Windows. ..Goto MyComputer-->properties--> hardaware --> Device manager.
Select the Appropriate Device and go to the Driver. Remove In case of 9x,Nt and XP the options may vary but something or the Other will be there which will do the job ...like uninstall ,remove etc.
You may even remove the device itself and the drivers will automatically be removed.

Sorry to listen for your woes. Spybot seek for and damage is a perfectly sturdy spyware device, and that's loose. i'd also want to understand once you've any anti-virus? If no longer Avast is amazingly sturdy, and very loose. If issues are vanishing correct in the front of you, i'd suspect naughty stuff is afoot on your gadget, and getting AV and Spybot on and scanning may be the finest issue you would possibly want to do.
