In 20 minutes doing ''easy exercise'' you can burn about 120 calories.

In 20 minutes doing ''hard exercise'' you can burn up to 250 calories!

There's a big difference isn't?

Depends on what you're doing and how fast your heart rate is.
For instance. I run for 17 minutes at a speed of 12.3 km/h constantly. After those 17 minutes, I briskwalk another 5 minutes at 7.7 km/h. That gives me exactly 300 calories burnt. 22 minutes of exercise. If you go to the gym, you can find tread-mills which actually state how many calories your loising. It's the same with other forms of cardio equipment.

Depends on your heart rate, weight, age, muscle mass and all that good stuff. And also what you mean by "easy exercises". If you're just walking at a normal pace, you'll probably burn like 30 calories.

See the calculator below - my guess would be 100-150 calories for 20 minutes of non-strenuous exercising. Hope that helps.

This depends on ALOT of things, including metabolism, current health, etc... You have to specify "easy exercises" becuase this is VERY broad.
