Kayani (also Keyani, Kiani, (Urdu: کیانی ) and other similar spellings; pronounced kay-aah-nee) is both a title and a family name (see especially, Gakhars) which means descendants of the region of Kay'an (located in Isfahan).

If you want to know about some other kind of KAYANI...look it up yourself!
