I have seen this 'Lateral thigh trainer' on sky. It's like a stepping machine but it goes side-to-side aswell. Im thinking of getting one as they look pretty good.
Has anyone bought or used the laterial thigh trainer and did it work for you?
If so how well?
Thanks x

i bought one but like most others have rarely used it. You feel pretty daft on it in house!! I'm sure it could work, butbthen so could going to the gym, walking, running, cycling etc.

Hope you've got more motivation than me!!

I bought the thigh-trainer then found similar models much cheaper elsewhere, although I'm not sure how they compare. The DVD that comes with the trainer works the upper-body as well as just stepping up and down and I did notice an improvement in my muscle tone but like most fitness ideas of mine the novelty soon wore off and now it is gathering dust!
If you have the commitment then I'm sure it would work for you but the DVD gets boring after the first week.
