You can. But it's against the law. The drinking age is 21 in the States (don't know where you are). The idea behind that number is that you are unable at the age of 16 to have the wisdom to drink safely.

Meaning no offense, the part of the brain that deals with consequences of actions and judgement doesn't develop totally in humans until around 25.

If you want to, it doesn't matter what anyone says, you will find a way. BUT I HAVE TO SAY... please be VERY careful you don't die of alcohol poisoning or kill someone in your car.

In UK you can't buy beer or alcohol unless you are 18 but you are allowed to drink cider or beer in a pub with a meal if you are 16 - so yes, you can drink it, but you can't buy it!

If you so desire. However, you get caught. You've broken the law. Wherever you got the beer, the legal owner will be in trouble for allowing you to drink it.

Illegally yes. It is also not good for you, especially your "belly." You have to be 21 to legally drink alcoholic drinks. You could get into trouble and be charged with Underage Drinking and whoever allowed you access to the alcohol could be charged with contributing to your delinquency.

You can drink anything from lemonade to antifreeze, but is it a good idea?

Wait a few years. You might find that you need your brain cells for something useful. And livers don't grow on trees.

you CAN but you MAY not. CAN is the word to describe the ability to do something, for example, you CAN jump off a roof, but you'll die. You CAN go to the bathroom, but you MAY not. MAY is the word the describes permission, being allowed to do something. So the answer is YES you CAN drink alcohol, but you MAY not drink alcohol.
