SLF is right. You shouldn't think about bringing puppys into the world until you are both sure you have a good solid relationship and it is what you both want. You both need to sit down and discuss this over a glass of wine and nice juicy bone.
Maybe you could go on The Jeremy Kyle Show and get some advice.

Take her to the vets and get her worming and vaccines up to date, otherwise the pups will be born with worms and have no immunity. The vets can give you advice and diet sheets.
Get to the library, theres loads of books that tell you how to build a whelping box and look after the pups. Think about how you're going to feed them all, how you will get rid of all the waste, start collectiong clean newspaper.
Start buying extra dog food every week for her, and puppy food as well so you have it ready.

have a read of this before you decide to go ahead. Is she a KC registered purebred dog? If so, has she had all the necessary health checks? If not, why are you breeding from her - rescue centres are stuffed with mongrels? Can you afford to have a litter of puppies eating you out of house & home? Can you guarantee to take back one of the puppies at any stage in their lives? That's what responsible breeders do. Are you prepared to risk your dog's life if things go wrong?

What a funny question. You can't have puppies with your dog. If anything they would come out have human, half dog. They would be shunned from society.
