Hello Honey, I'm so sorry that your brother is so sick !!

Perhaps he is suffering from Vitamin A excess ?? The symptoms of Vitamin A toxicity are much the same ie:

Hair loss, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, scaly, blurred vision, rashes, bone pain, fatigue, headaches and liver enlargement.

Apparently more than 50,000 IU (International Units) daily, if taken for many months, can produce toxic effects in adults. Is he currently taking an oral form of Vitamin A maybe prescribed for skin problems ?? These are potent drugs and may have been incorrectly used ??

I really can't think of anything more, I truly hope I have been of some assistance.

PEACE & LIGHT

There is a thing called FUO-fever of unknown origin. This diagnosis is made when there really is no cause for the fever after all medical works-up have been done. Trust your doctors-they are doing their best. You think you will get good answers here on Answers?
