has Anybody Taken Thomson to court over Crap holidays ?

Threatened it but they settled before. I thinking about it too. Thomson Customer Service is terrible. Rang them for email address and they got that wrong three times. Wrote them a five page letter and when they replied didnt answer a single question that I had asked. if you thinking of taking em all the way get a good solicitor. do as much as you can yourself first tho cos it expensive. Good luck and keep me posted how you get on.

Thompsons do not give a toss about you or any one else once they get your money, period, and as for suing them did you keep all the paper work the brochure they sold the hotel room with, did you take photos, did you video the argument you had with the hotel room over the state of the room, only then will you have any chance of compensation,
I own a small hotel in Luxor Egypt, and I know what these people get up to, I would love to get hold of the complaints form that people fill in on the way back home.

How can that be?!" The devil laughs and says "Oh, that. it rather is the Catholics - they want it that way."

The thing that will strengthen your case, will be pictures, without evidence it will be one persons word against another, if you show them pictures of what happened, the odds are you may get some sort of compensation

not me but you have a few options if they are not willing to give you a refund and you have wrote letters and all you could go to the papers or holiday watchdog or start legal proceedings
