Dietary restrictions were lifted by Christ, there are none now. High Churches observe Lent and that period TRADITIONALLY observes some dietary restrictions.
Gluttony is considered bad according to the New Testament, so some reserve would be called for.
But anything else by Christian Churches would only be in their own tradition . It would be difficult to justify this to the average theologian using the text of the Bible.

The New Testament does not place restrictions on food, like the Old Testament does. Although I do believe there is Scripture that forbids consuming an animal's blood, or boiling the animal in its own blood.
The guidance that is given in the New Testament is that if you are in the presence of those who would be offended if you ate a particular food, then you should refrain from eating it - at least in their presence.

The famous ones occur during lent. No meat, and some days of fasting. Other than that, it's pretty wide open.
Some Christian vegetarians can cite convincing scriptural evidence that we shouldn't eat meat at all.

No, just for ascetic and devotional purposes like no meat on Fridays.
Everything is considered clean, fasting and meat abstinence is another thing, you abstain from something that is good for a higher purpose.
