Never, never ask your new boy friend for money. That spoils the relationship. You could have waited until your relationship is matured before asking for money.
Why don't you pick up the phone and answer his call. See what he has to say. It can be positive or negative; however be mentally strong to hear anything negative.

yes you do....too wrongs dont make a right. even if you think you might be right for not answering the phone call it is still wrong because the situation is not gonna get any better by making him mad
