I know when I see his or hers behaviour around someone attractive to them. The way they act, speak, dress... everything... a real flirt does it all the time. Practice makes perfect, and that is why every occasion involving interaction with some attractive people is worth trying. It doesn't apply only when the flirt is not interested/occupied/has a break with flirting.

now a days it is really difficult to make out, but the best thing is to know the circle of friends he or she having from this u can make out atleast 40% that he or she is a flirt or not.
