First think how she would act if she was in your shoes. And then act in a similar way... then if she gets upset because of you and everything tell her that she would act the same...

Tough one...however,if she liked him first and told you...
You are being dishonest and can use her feelings in your favor to work against her and that would be Very against the "girl code".
I say get over your crush and let her have her crush.Otherwise,you may lose a valuable friendship and it could happen to you..No fair.
