I think that it's a good thing for women to shave their armpit.
But girls are different and should look different. How can I convince my classmates not to shave their armpit or at least to let me stay as I am without nagging me?

How about one reason.
It is all about preference and what you like.
If you want to do it and you like it then do it. If someone don't like it then
"Screw em, Who cares what they think".
The only people who hang with you that are left will be those individuals that want to know who you are and not how well you can act or conform to fit in.
It is really sad and wrong that the world has impose a political correctness on all people.

I think a lot of people are getting hygiene and cultural preference mixed up. It has nothing to do with hygiene. Being hygienic has to do with cleanliness. I have seen woman with terribly inflamed/infected skin becuase of razor burn but they keep shaving away becuase of judgmental people like youselves. Just think about it. You shave a delicate part of your body, creating tiny tiny cuts then slather on chemicals over it that just soaks right into your body, on a body part that's suppose to sweat out toxins. It also increases your risk for thyroid and breast cancer. Hey but at least you won't be "gross". You all speak like your still in middle school. Open a book or Google the topic so you don't sound Imature or ignorant. It was a fad started by people trying to sell razor blades!

I tink the better to shave reasons wud be much much longer but the only thing i can tink of ( if u choose not to) is....French men wudnt mind it..lol..or maybe thats just "cliche"..Then again, u can braid it if it gets any longer,pick up yodelling...n tell ppl ur name is Olga.lol...oh u can also join the Russian olympic wrestling team.Have fun wid ur armpit hair! I really don't think there's any reasons for not shaving your armpits, unless it has to do with your religion. It's more sanitary and obviously looks better than not shaving them. You can also get them waxed, which lasts longer.

uuhh!! i don't think there is a good answer! you could tell them that the docter told you not to.... but there is no reason why you should not! its just gross! Unless you wanted to tell ur friends your trying out for the next starwars movie as a wookie!

I can only think of two
1- Grow your armpit hair so long then cut it off and donate it.
2- Grow your armpit hair so so long and set a new world record.

If you want to look like a Yeti, no problem. Besides looking good there are another reasons to shave your armpit how about hygiene.

seriously.... as sad as it is for me to say in our politicly correct world we live in girls are expected to have nicely shaven arms. Yes it is us girlies who have to go through all the pain....there is no way around it.....sorry!
