What does people think about giving millions of pounds a year to the same country?

I think its a joke that people get forced (Basically) into giving money to people in other countreis every year! when we are the country that needs the money....

I agree, our governments give millions of dollars of our money away like it was penny candy. It is a shame. The U.S. gave the European Nations 44 Billion to shore up their economy several years ago and they kept this a secret because the American people would have a fit if they knew all of the money our Governments waste. I think that it is time to have some reform. I have said that we need to get Microsoft to develop a program that we can vote on the issues by ourselves, and get rid of all of our government officials.

You are an Innocent. There is no such thing in world politics as a free lunch. We always get our money back one way or the other. Also th amount of money spent on real charity is negligible to the amounts spent on foreign aid to other nations dictators, lunatics etc. Look at Iraq lethal weapons etc. Bunk bottom line Oil. We are grooming Iran next. Reason atomic weapons. But there is a lot of OIL in Iran. Coincidence???
