To start with, I'm curious... why do you want to go to Tsing Yi specifically? It's just a little island and there's nothing there except a very mundane shopping mall and a whole bunch of residential blocks (and a few factories). All the good stuff in HK is elsewhere!

But, to answer your question, getting to Tsing Yi is easy. If you fly into HK, take the Airport Express and get off at the first stop - that's Tsing Yi. If you arrive any other way, get on the MTR train's Tung Chung Line and the third station from the end is Tsing Yi - it will take about 20 minutes from the city centre.

Most tourist maps won't include a street plan of Tsing Yi (because, like I said, there's nothing there) - so you'll have to find one on the Internet or buy the proper "Hong Kong Directory" (available at the airport bookshops) which has street plans of the entire territory.

What exactly is your question? You want to visit HK, particularly Tsing Yi? Tsing Yi is also the name of a stop of the MTR (metro) and also name of a bridge. Also name of a location, a shopping centre. What do you want? You can check out www.mtr.com.hk to see how to get there, from whichever location.

once u land at the airport there are maps and tourist guides available. hotel front desks have them too. a few places could be the jordan street night market, ocean park, star ferry ride across the harbor from kowloon to hk island and back, shopping at flea markets, tasting cuisines in chinese restaurants ...
